Graphics and user interface
Graphics
The user interface of the BEMS is often the most important aspect for the user. Our in-house engineers create bespoke graphics for BEMS projects of all sizes.
The interface provides a graphics representation of the plant, operating setpoints and speeds can be adjusted, and key user data can be logged and extracted.
Maintenance and aftermarket support
Maintenance
We can provide a maintenance solution to suit your needs, whether its daily PPM across a large estate or a single visit a year, we can provide a tailored package with an agreed number of days and frequency.
During our maintenance visits we will check the software operation, carry out physical check and also provide energy saving suggestions. A detailed report is provided following all maintenance visits.
Remote support
In addition to the in person maintenance, we can setup a secure remote connection to site to enable remote diagnostics in the event of breakdown.
Callouts
If issues do arise with the system our engineers are available to provide on site callout support, to help identify the issues and assist in their rectification.
Reactives
Where issues do arise, we can work to quickly source replacement parts and arrange engineers attendance to ensure the system is back to the correct operation quickly.
